SUMMER THERAPY ACCELERATE PROGRAMS Discovery Therapy Network’s Virtual ACCELERATE Programs Are Focused On Therapy First, Education Driven Services. The Camps Are Designed To Provide Summer Therapeutic Skills And Academic Enrichment. Inclusion Groups Are Designed For Children Diagnosed With Autism, Pervasive Developmental Delay, Asperger’s, Attention Deficit Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, And Other Special Needs. The Therapeutic Focuses Of Our Services Are To Improve Communications, Language, Sensory Processing Skills, Handwriting Skills, Fine Motor Skills, Social Skills, Peer Interactions, And Play Skills. Discovery Therapy is committed to ensuring the public safety of children, staff, and professionals. Due to the current COVID-19 status, we will continue to monitor information from Governor Brian Kemp, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, Georgia Department of Education, Department of Public Health, and local agencies. Event and activity updates will be posted on our website and social media pages concerning our upcoming schedule. Our Summer Therapy Camp is scheduled to be held June 16, 2020 – June 26, 2020, at the Harriet Tubman Museum in Macon, Georgia. The Discover Love for Kids fundraiser banquet will be located at The Macon Terminal Station on May 29, 2020, at 6:00 PM.
