Occupational Therapist 

Discovery Therapy Network is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The Occupational Therapist provides comprehensive evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric and adult clients. Services may be provided in outpatient clinics, schools, homes, community settings, and through teletherapy. The Occupational Therapist collaborates with families, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to promote independence, participation, and improved quality of life through client-centered care.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
In-Person and Virtual Positions

Discovery Therapy Network is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. The Speech-Language Pathologist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats communication, speech, language, cognitive-communication, feeding, swallowing (when applicable), and social communication disorders across the lifespan. Services may be provided in outpatient clinics, schools, Head Start programs, homes, community settings, and through teletherapy.

The SLP collaborates with families, physicians, educators, occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that maximize communication, participation, and quality of life.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to support children with Autism and related diagnoses. The BCBA leads assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and caregiver/staff training to improve learner outcomes across home, school, and community settings.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and other skill assessments as needed
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP)
  • Design data collection systems and analyze data to guide clinical decisions
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 

Discovery Therapy Network is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. Under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT implements individualized behavior intervention plans, teaches functional and adaptive skills, collects accurate treatment data, and collaborates with families and the interdisciplinary team to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Therapy Assistant - Job Description

The Therapy Assistant supports therapy services by preparing materials, assisting clinicians during sessions, documenting assigned tasks, and helping maintain a safe, organized environment for children and families. This role works under the supervision of licensed providers and follows all agency and HIPAA guidelines.

Key responsibilities:
- Assist therapists with session setup, clean-up, and preparation of therapeutic materials
- Support implementation of treatment activities under supervision
- Help collect and record data as assigned by the supervising clinician
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming therapy space
- Communicate professionally with families and team members

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism and ADHD is required
- Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain confidentiality
